What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome every client with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality.
• Help clients find the perfect fit with our Elements Wellness Program using a simple, relationship-focused sales process.
• Build lasting relationships by listening first and recommending what truly benefits each client.
• Turn everyday conversations into amazing client experiences.
• Schedule appointments, process payments, and keep the front desk running smoothly.
• Be an essential part of creating the relaxing atmosphere our clients love.

You're a Great Fit If You...

• Love meeting new people and making someone else's day.
• Are naturally friendly, positive, and a great listener.
• Enjoy sales because you believe in helping people—not pressuring them.
• Have retail, customer service, hospitality, or spa experience (a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!).
• Feel comfortable using computers and scheduling systems.
• Take initiative, stay organized, and enjoy being part of a team.
• Believe wellness should be part of everyday life.
• Staying on Task and time management!
