Front Desk Wellness Membership Advisor

This is more than just a desk job — you’ll help create an amazing experience for every client who walks through our doors while working in a supportive, spa-like environment. Our studio offers a calm, slower-paced atmosphere focused on wellness, relaxation, and creating a positive experience for both clients and staff.

What You’ll Do:

• Follow our proven sales process to promote the Elements Wellness Program and build client loyalty
• Greet clients and create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and process payments
• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized experiences
• Turn client concerns into positive, solution-focused experiences
• Help maintain a clean, organized, spa-like environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
• Someone who enjoys connecting with people and truly listening to clients’ needs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Morning and evening weekday availability
• Weekend availability is a plus

Qualifications:

• Prior retail sales or membership sales experience preferred
• Customer service experience in a spa, salon, wellness, or hospitality setting is a plus
• Comfortable using scheduling and payment software systems
• Passion for wellness, self-care, and creating a positive environment for both clients and coworkers
