We’re looking for a Front Desk / Sales / Customer Service person who’s professional, dependable, and motivated by creating exceptional client experiences. In this role, you’ll engage clients, support our therapists and estheticians, and help people discover the benefits of a consistent wellness routine.
Welcome every client warmly and ensure a seamless, professional studio experience.
Educate clients on the Elements Wellness Program — our flexible, no-hassle membership plan.
Sell session enhancements, gift cards, and memberships with confidence and care.
Process client bookings, documentation and payments quickly and accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and calming studio environment for clients and teammates.
Collaborate closely with the Studio Manager, Owners, and service providers to create a client-centered atmosphere.
Provide clear, consistent communication and uphold studio policies and professionalism.
2+ years of retail or service-industry sales experience required (experience with memberships or recurring services preferred).
Strong customer service skills and a warm, polished presence with clients.
A professional, reliable team player who values focus, consistency, and accountability.
Ability to build respectful, professional relationships with team members and clients — always friendly, never casual.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with office and scheduling systems (MindBody Business experience a plus).
Detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic about wellness and personal growth.
💰 $16–$18/hour (based on experience and availability)
