💼 What You’ll Do

• Guide clients through our proven sales process and introduce them to the Elements Wellness Program
• Build strong relationships with new, existing, and prospective clients
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience from check-in to check-out
• Handle scheduling, payments, and client communication using our easy-to-learn systems
• Turn feedback into opportunities to create outstanding service moments

• A natural communicator who loves listening just as much as talking
• Someone who thrives in a client-focused, team-oriented environment
• Sales experience is a plus—especially memberships or service-based sales
• Background in customer service, hospitality, spa, or wellness environments preferred
• Comfortable using computers and modern scheduling systems
• Positive, driven, and passionate about creating great experiences for both clients and teammates
