As a Sleep Coach, you’ll be the face of ResMed in our Macquarie clinic — delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping people improve their sleep, health and overall wellbeing.

You’ll be part of a supportive team where customer care, professionalism and results go hand‑in‑hand. Many customers are seeking help with sleep challenges for the first time, so taking the time to listen, guide and build trust is a key part of the role.

You will:

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Achieve sales targets while supporting positive health outcomes
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising and stock levels
• Build customer relationships through follow‑up and ongoing support
• Complete product training and stay up‑to‑date on ResMed solutions
• Manage POS transactions, admin tasks and equipment care

About you

You’re confident, approachable and motivated, with a passion for helping people.

You’ll bring:

• Retail or customer service experience (2+ years preferred)
• A sales‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals
• Strong communication skills — compassionate, adaptable and professional
• Attention to detail across store presentation and processes
• Tech confidence (POS experience; Salesforce or Shopify is a bonus)
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends

Healthcare or pharmacy experience is beneficial, but not essential.
