Our pop-up boutique is landing at Pacific Fair in late September, and we’re looking for retail superstars to join us for this exciting new chapter.

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Bring a thoughtful, service-led mindset to every interaction, creating memorable experiences that build genuine connection and lasting loyalty.
• Build strong knowledge of our seasonal and core collections, using your expertise to offer personalised recommendations and styling.
• Style with intention, confidently layering and curating pieces to create effortless, considered looks.
• Support the day-to-day rhythm of the boutique alongside the leadership team, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered and cared for.
• Work collaboratively with your team, communicating with warmth, confidence and clarity while supporting each other to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Uphold the by Charlotte standard of excellence, helping maintain a safe, respectful and welcoming space for our community.
