Let's talk about the role:

As a Sleep Coach, you’ll be a trusted guide for customers on their sleep health journey. You’ll work collaboratively to deliver exceptional service, drive business growth, and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Your responsibilities include:

• Achieve sales targets while delivering compassionate, solution-focused service

• Coach customers through their sleep health journey, offering tailored recommendations

• Stay up to date with ResMed’s product training and knowledge

• Manage client follow-ups, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records

• Ensure clinic presentation meets high standards—stock management, cleanliness, and organization

• Maintain and reprocess trial equipment

• Liaise confidently with third parties when needed

Let's talk about you:

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced: Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service, with multitasking skills

• Detail-oriented: POS, cash handling, and visual merchandising experience

• Calm & compassionate: Able to support customers with empathy, even under pressure

• A strong communicator: Adaptable, confident, and solution-focused

• Tech-savvy: Familiarity with MYOB or MedTech is a plus

• Healthcare-minded: Background in pharmacy or healthcare is a bonus
