We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a strong established team.
About the Role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will:
- Deliver warm, professional service to every customer
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice
- Drive sales by creating exceptional in-store experiences
- Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and store presentation
- Process sales through POS and handle customer transactions
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering store goals
About You
- Previous retail sales or other sales experience essential
- A genuine passion for homewares, interiors, and lifestyle products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a focus on providing memorable customer experiences
- Reliable, positive, and flexible to work across weekends and retail hours
- Team player with a hands-on approach to store operations
