  • Salary: £28,177 basic salary, with a competitive commission scheme — earn on every product that activates.

  • Retail customer hub: Elmsleigh shopping centre, Staines (Sky store locator)

  • Hours: 40 hours per week (working 5 days out of 7, including weekends and varied daily hours). We’re always there for our customers; if the shopping centre is open, so are we.

What you’ll do

We help people connect with the entertainment they love, from family movie nights on the sofa to mobile streaming on the go and everyday browsing. This is your chance to turn your passion for sales and customer service into a rewarding career.

  • Connect, engage and inspire using confidence and great conversation to turn passing interest into real sales

  • Create stand out moments for customers by bringing Sky’s world class products to life with demos that wow

  • Identify opportunities on the spot by asking the right questions and tailoring Sky packages to each customer

  • Build a positive inclusive team environment where everyone supports each other to hit targets and celebrate wins
