Position Title: Retail/Rental/Repair Marketing Coordinator

Department: Retail/Rental/Repair

Reports to: Senior Director Retail/Rental/Repair

Classification: Year-Round, Full-Time

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

The Retail/Rental/Repair Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and ongoing optimization of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s Retail/Rental/Repair profit center’s ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving traffic, and ultimately sales maintaining via the user experience across Retail/Rental/Repair.


Job Duties

  • Manage all in-store marketing materials, including store signage, window displays, A-Frame signage, promotional graphics, and seasonal campaign
  • Coordinate the development, installation, and maintenance of retail signage
  • Partner closely with the retail buying team to support product launches, seasonal assortments, and merchandising campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail vendors to coordinate cooperative marketing efforts, promotional opportunities, and brand-focused activations.
  • Work with vendors to secure marketing assets, signage, displays, and co-op funding opportunities when applicable.
  • Update website content across all JHMR domains, including profit centers, to ensure accuracy, optimal information flow, and user experience
  • Working with JHMR Marketing Team to evaluate profit center websites to optimize performance.
  • Assist in web design and development processes, including implementing digital campaigns, supporting paid media efforts, and executing SEO best practices
  • Monitor, update, and evaluate the online store, including optimizing user flow through testing and feedback
  • Update J-Store products, including imagery and descriptions
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing Manager and Business Systems team on best practices for product setup
  • Assist with paid advertising campaigns across Google Display, YouTube, Reddit, Roku, LinkedIn, and Spotify, and any other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with Marketing’s Creative Director to source digital creative assets
  • Conduct regular SEO updates and optimizations
  • Improve site performance, streamline the path to purchase, and ensure all digital channels effectively support guest engagement, trip planning, and revenue generation
  • Create Seasonal RRR Marketing Strategies and Calendars and coordinates all implementation
  • Oversee in store TV media to promote current promotions and sales drives
  • Assist Sales, Events, and Partnerships teams with groups-, events-, and partnerships-related requests

  • Project management skills
  • Physically able to access the mountain via ski/snowboard
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of on-the-job experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred
  • 2 years of marketing experience preferred
  • Ski industry experience preferred
  • Expert skiing or snowboarding ability preferred
