Job Title: Retail Receiving Clerk
Job Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

As a member of the purchasing team, this position receives all retail merchandise; verifies all merchandise against packing slips noting discrepancies, quantity, specifications, pricing, and delivering merchandise to Retail shops.

What you will be doing:
• Receive all retail shipments
• Verify retail merchandise against computer generated receiving document, noting any discrepancies in quantity, quality and specifications
• Communicate any discrepancies to the retail buyers
• Process all paperwork in a timely manner to insure prompt payment of vendor invoices
• Process of all receiving documents & ticketing of all merchandise
• Deliver all ticketed merchandise to the proper retail shops
• Use the TrackIT system to maintain delivery logs and obtain proof of delivery signatures
• Maintain a list of received items with no PO’s and send to retail buyers regularly
• Maintain the retail receiving area in a neat, clean, and safe manor including the restrooms
• Adheres to performance standards
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• The employee is occasionally required to lift/pull/push up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
