CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
PRODUCTION CONTROLLER -
- Onsite
-Location: Based in Cape Town
Through a solid understanding of final output requirements and the Clients brand look & feel, ensure that all final
files received via the Retail Management System are print ready as per the client brief in RMS.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
-Ensure all deadlines are met timeously
-Maintaining standards and quality of work produced within RMS
-Supply technical information & client requirements to Internal Retail team
-Effectively communicate the production status to all relevant stakeholders
-Ensure Job complies with the cleint and ISO standards of pre-flight and proofing for
the intended output
-Ensure all time spent on jobs are recorded within RMS and that final approved artwork is uploaded in the
guardbook via RMS
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 4 - 5 years experience in a similar role
Strong project management skills are required
Knowledge of Retail Marketing, Retail Client Service, Basic Print, Repro and DTP highly beneficial
RMS experience will be beneficial
Intermediate computer skills
