Job Description

As Retail Performance Senior Executive, you play a critical role at the intersection of retail operations, payroll accuracy, and business insight. You are responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate calculation and submission of monthly commissions, incentives, allowances, and overtime for retail staff, partnering closely with the Retail team and HR Rewards. Beyond payroll execution, you act as a key contributor to Retail Analytics, transforming sales and traffic data into meaningful insights that support commercial and marketing decision‑making.

Through robust sales reporting, performance analysis, and involvement in monthly target setting for both sales and non‑sales objectives, you elevate how data is used within the Retail teams. What you will bring:

You bring a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline, along with strong analytical and reporting capabilities. You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with business intelligence and data visualization tools.

Detail‑oriented and well organized, you manage deadlines effectively and maintain accuracy under pressure. Your clear communication and presentation skills allow you to explain data and payroll matters with confidence and clarity. Experience in payroll processing, collaboration with HR teams, and exposure to luxury or fashion retail environments are strong advantages. Most importantly, you bring professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to excellence that align with Chanel’s standards.
