
About The Role
This position acts as a catalyst to build the culture of data-led business planning within the retail team, identifying business opportunities through the retail lens and formulating solutions that elevate retail performance within the Fragrance and Beauty governance framework
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and plan sales and manpower budget with regular review and reforecast based on trend and ambition
Ensure the qualitative and quantitative priorities of the House are translated and reflected in the business through thoughtful design of monthly by-POS sales and non-sales targets. Perform regular review on achievement versus mission to identify opportunities and next steps
Lead regular business review with Area Managers to track progress on key performance indicators. Consolidate qualitative feedback for further action planning with related functional stakeholders
Oversee calculation of monthly retail incentive to ensure data accuracy and manage payout to be within annual budget. Lead regular retail compensation review to ensure strategic direction is met and propose changes where necessary
Collaborate with Finance and HR functions to rebuild the incentive calculation model to strengthen governance checkpoints and ensure data integrity
Partner with key functions in delivery of business cases to support CAPEX requisitions
Regularly share key market insights to inform business planning
Manage monthly performance dashboards and look for ways to optimize based on business needs
Perform ad-hoc business analysis as required
