YOUR TASKS

Retail Outlet Officer will be responsible for revenue generated from multi sectors customers from a geographically assigned sales territory, by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting at new business opportunities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To run and deliver customer-centric service in retail outlet
• Implement standardized guidelines, procedures and monitor store performance.
• Responsible for sales target by month and driven by selling incentive
• Maintain retail outlet Cash shipment data
• Coordinate and consolidate data between retail outlet to country office
• Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.
• Implement store hours
• Be committed to integrity, persistence, and a people first attitude

YOUR PROFILE:

• Minimal Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Have passion and experience in Sales
• Good in Bahasa & English Communication Skill
• Well-groomed and well-mannered
• Willing to be placed anywhere in applied city
