职位描述
专柜管理
1.负责香港地区直营专柜的销售业绩管理、客户关系维护及货品管理,定期分析销售数据,优化货品调配及运转周期,提升专柜营收表现
2.监督专柜日常运营,确保品牌标准执行到位
BA团队管理与培训
1.负责专柜美容顾问(BA)的日常管理,包括排班、绩效考核及团队激励
2.协助开展新员工培训及在岗提升培训,赋能团队成长,增强品牌影响力,指导BA提供优质客户服务,提升顾客体验
渠道拓展与协作
1.根据公司业务需求,协助制定不同周期的销售计划,推动渠道业绩达成
2.与总部及其他区域团队保持良好沟通,协助跨部门项目落地
Counter Management
1.Responsible for managing sales performance, customer relationships, and inventory at direct-operated counters in Hong Kong. Regularly analyze sales data to optimize product allocation and turnover cycles, and improve counter revenue.
2.Oversee daily counter operations to ensure brand standards are consistently implemented.
BA Team Management & Training
1.Manage the daily operations of Beauty Advisors (BA), including scheduling, performance evaluation, and team motivation.
2.Assist with onboarding and existing for staff, training and empowering team growth and enhancing brand influence. Guide BAs to provide quality customer service and improve the customer experience.
Channel Development & Collaboration
1.Assist in formulating and executing sales plans for different periods according to business needs, driving channel performance.
2.Maintain effective communication with headquarters and other regional teams, supporting cross-functional project implementation.Requirements
职位要求
1.3年以上化妆品行业零售/专柜管理经验,具备高端品牌百货、集合店BA管理经验优先,具备部分渠道开拓经验(如百货或分销渠道)优先
2.具备美容顾问(BA)培训和团队管理能力,熟悉香港零售市场环境及相关法律法规
3.精通粤语、流利使用英语,并具备普通话日常沟通能力
1.Minimum 3 years of retail/counter management experience in the cosmetics industry. Experience with managing BAs in high-end department stores or multi-brand stores is preferred; Experience with channel development (such as department stores or distribution channels) is preferred.
2.Proven ability in BA training and team management; familiar with the Hong Kong retail market environment and relevant laws and regulations.
3.Native in Cantonese, fluency in English, and Mandarin can be used as a working language.
