Job Description

Retail Operations Executive will play a key role in supporting day-to-day retail store operations by assisting with
vendor management, overseeing in-store experience elements such as hospitality and uniform management. This role will also coordinate packaging and supplies, support project implementations, and assist with vendor-related budget management to help ensure smooth and efficient retail operations across multiple locations.

Key Accountabilities

In-store Experience

  • Manage uniform distribution for new joiners and store launches by coordinating with vendors
  • Support & monitor on-site grooming guideline implementation
  • Monitor and support hospitality items (chocolates, drinks, tools) to create unique experience
  • Assist with hospitality tool management and DTD (understock) monitoring
  • Manage and coordinate daily and monthly store cleaning operations in partnership with vendors

Inventory Control & Compliance support

  • Execute quarterly COM Inventory reporting and Retail System Access Reviews
  • Review monthly Open order of stores and report to HKSSC
  • Assist the In-store Audit Inspection to ensure compliance based on internal operational guidelines
  • Resolve and assist employee concerns using thorough knowledge of policies and procedures
  • Notify/remind stores of SOP updates shared by Global Retail Operations team

Packaging, Supplies & Vendor Coordination

  • Support and review packaging order process and manage packaging stock level at stores
  • Support supply order placement, budget tracking, and vendor communication
  • Coordinate with Coupa system for PO creation and vendor management

Project & Budget Support

  • Assist in BOH (Back of House) setup, layout reviews, and follow-ups
  • Notify monthly Store budget for customer drinks, store supplies based on actual usage
  • Track and support retail operations budget planning and forecasting

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in retail operations, store support, or a similar role within the luxury or fashion retail industry
  • Strong understanding of store operations, inventory control, and retail systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • A proactive multi-tasker and strong team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both internal stakeholders and store teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in Englinsh and Korean
