Responsibilities

responsibility In-store display planning — work closely with local market teams to design and produce compelling, effective in-store display solutions; select high-quality local suppliers and build long-term partnerships; lead production scheduling and progress tracking of display materials to ensure smooth delivery from design to store rollout. Store performance improvement — design and optimize the core mechanisms of store visits (SOPs, checklists, reporting requirements) to make store management systematic and well-documented. Promoter management system — identify and select high-quality promoter labor suppliers and build solid strategic cooperation; lead promoter SOPs and product knowledge training; establish monitoring and supervision of daily promoter performance. Boost terminal sales — plan and drive innovative initiatives and combination plays that consistently ignite terminal sales, exploring new growth paths.

Qualifications

what we look for Class of 2027, bachelor's degree or above; marketing, business administration, retail and related fields preferred. Fluent English for business communication. Willing to accept global regional assignments. Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills. Strong learning ability, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactive and responsible. Good data sensitivity and logical thinking (relevant internship experience is a plus).
