Position Purpose:

Amplifon Australia is currently looking for a skilled and ambitious Retail Operations Officer to join our Retail Excellence team.

The team member is responsible for efficiently organising and maintaining agenda schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation and smooth operational flow. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and effective communication skills.

The Scheduling specialist plays a vital role in maintaining service standards, minimising downtime, and supporting overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing clinic diaries in our software, based on operational needs
  • Adding/removing blockouts in singular and bulk scenarios, according to business requirements
  • Maintaining scheduling tools and updating master lists
  • Monitoring inbox to prioritise and action tasks in a timely manner, communicating scheduling updates clearly to all relevant parties
  • Adjusting schedules in response to last-minute changes, staff availability, or operational disruptions
  • Work along with IT and other functions to implement changes as required, including troubleshooting issues
  • Support with ad hoc administrative tasks
