RETAIL SALES DEVELOPMENT
Support the Senior Retail Manager in building effective communication tools to share sales data with the retail team.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance decks.
Assist the SRM in building effective incentive plans based on marketing and business needs.
Coordinate, verify, and share incentive results with the sales team on a monthly basis.
Visit points of sale on a weekly basis and ensure counter/boutique needs are met.
RETAIL STAFF MANAGEMENT
Monitor key retail KPIs and provide quantitative reports to the SRM.
Review retail team productivity and gather retail team needs in terms of coaching and training.
Ensure new product launch information is well disseminated to the retail team:
Prepare presentation decks including all information related to new launches in partnership with the Marketing Team.
Create positive and strong team synergy and promote a positive mindset.
RETAIL EXCELLENCE
Lead Mystery Shopping execution.
Communicate feedback to the retail team on key learnings and areas for improvement.
Assist the SRM during in-store and out-of-store events and ensure perfect execution with a high level of service.
Lead Bee Gold App (CRM tool) campaign execution to strengthen retail staff relationships with Guerlain members and increase retail sales:
Create campaigns based on marketing and business priorities.
Ensure the customer focus list is well defined.
Monitor, review, and analyze campaign performance.
Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop the high clienteling network by reviewing the database and spending behavior of Guerlain customers.
RETAIL SUPPORT
Assist stores with logistics (e.g., weekly deliveries) and administrative tasks.
Facilitate inter-store transfers and product replenishment:
Transfer merchandise between stores to ensure optimal stock levels.
Support during events (e.g., client registration in the database or product packing).
REPORT / ANALYSIS
Provide weekly and monthly sales analysis on Guerlain’s performance.
Provide boutique reports on a monthly basis.
Provide monthly competitor reports.
Requirements:
Able to commit full time internship from Jun/Jul – Dec 2026
Organized, autonomous with a sense of initiative and advanced analytical skills
Data sensitive, logical and detail-oriented
Versatile, curious, eager to learn with a good attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
Team-spirited with an international outlook, enthusiastic about and sensitive to luxury cosmetics.
Previous experience in the beauty / luxury / FMCG / is an advantage.
