About the Role
RSPCA Queensland is looking for a highly adaptable and motivated Retail Operations All Rounder to support our growing commercial operations across retail, ecommerce, café and warehouse functions.
This is a dynamic and varied role designed for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys hands-on work and loves being part of a fast-moving environment. While the role has a strong focus on retail and ecommerce, you’ll also provide support across café, warehouse and operational functions as needed.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, works well in fast-paced environments and is happy jumping between different tasks and teams throughout the day.
You’ll bring strong customer service skills, a positive and hands-on attitude and confidence working across retail, ecommerce and operational environments. You’re organised, adaptable and comfortable balancing customer interactions, online order fulfilment, stock handling and general operational support.
You’ll also be someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes initiative and is eager to contribute ideas to improve processes and customer experience across the business.
