Job Description

The Onsite Warehouse Supervisor is an integral part of our retail team overseeing the day-to-day tasks of the warehouse and supervising a team of associates. The Supervisor will be the primary owner of the tasks below with oversight by Atlanta Braves front office retail team.

The primary responsibilities of this role are:

  • Checking that all tasks assigned to warehouse associates are done correctly and efficiently.
  • Ensuring all TOs (Transfer Orders) pulled by warehouse associates are done efficiently and accurately.
  • Supervising up to 20 part-time warehouse associates per shift.
  • Consistently coaching our warehouse associates daily to continue their growth on our team.
  • Organizing and checking behind staff that all products being sent to offsite warehouse are boxed correctly and is accurate.
  • Checking and counting in inventory delivered to onsite warehouse from offsite warehouse as well as other Truist Park store locations.
  • Placing and assigning tasks to warehouse associates.
  • Constantly checking inventory and communicating/fixing any discrepancies with full-time staff.
  • Other warehouse duties assigned by onsite warehouse leadership team.
  • Confirming if approval artwork, description, and price on POs are correct when product is delivered to the onsite warehouse from vendors.

The ideal candidate will posses the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or other retail or inventory-based environment
  • Experience leading hourly or part-time staff preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
