• Contributes to establishing IKEA as the preferred choice for home furnishings by developing sales channels and achieving sustainable business results.
• Responsible for meeting sales, profitability, and key business performance targets within their area of responsibility.
• Analyzes business results, identifies opportunities for improvement, and takes action to increase sales and profit.
• Manages operations and controls costs within their area of responsibility, ensuring the effective use of resources and the achievement of financial goals (P&L).
• Plans, coordinates, and monitors the implementation of the sales calendar and agreed initiatives for the locations under their responsibility.
• Ensures that the locations within their area of responsibility are prepared to serve customers during all business hours, ensuring compliance with standards for cleanliness, pricing communication, proper installation, and the overall customer experience.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and standards for healthy and safe working conditions.
• Leads, motivates, and develops their team, taking responsibility for the recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and professional development of employees.
• Identifies training needs and, in partnership with the Human Resources department, organizes and implements initiatives to develop the team’s competencies, including training related to the product line.
• Creates a motivating work environment and fosters team engagement, collaboration, and high performance.
• Visits the stores under his/her supervision at least once a month, depending on his/her workload and commitment to the current projects in which he/she is involved, and works with the store manager to develop an action plan to improve key performance indicators related to the store’s sales performance.

• Very good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Language Skills:
• English – very good working level (written and spoken).
