  • Possess a forward-looking mindset, staying up to date about retail merchandise so that store layouts and product offerings, relevant, and enticing
  • Maintain an active presence on major social media platforms, to utilize these channels to engage with customers, promote products, and enhance the brand’s online visibility
  • Develop and execute detailed merchandising plans support the company's objectives and adapt to the market demands
  • Optimize inventory management whilst maintaining high profitability
  • Implement tactics to boost sales performance, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative marketing campaigns
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Requirements

  • Only for Indonesia Citizen
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury retail or hospitality industry
  • Creative designer of engaging retail displays with a strong focus on enhancing customer shopping experiences
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in managing social media platforms for business purposes
  • Proficient in Retail Management software and Microsoft Office
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing retail trends market conditions and proactively address challenges to maintain store excellence
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or other relevant field
