WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

As a Retail Media Specialist, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution and optimization of global retail media campaigns, supporting multi-market programs for a Korea-based global client. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep platform work, structured execution, and continuous performance improvement.

On any given day, you will:

  • Execute and optimize retail media campaigns across global platforms (e.g. Amazon, Best Buy)
  • Manage campaign setup, bidding, budgeting, and performance monitoring
  • Support the operation of multi-million-dollar retail media budgets
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and observations
  • Identify performance drivers and optimization opportunities within platform constraints
  • Support client-facing materials through accurate data analysis and clear documentation
  • Work closely with the Team Lead to implement strategic guidance and priorities
  • Combine platform data with external signals (sales, category trends, market context) to inform optimization

GROW AS A DELIVERY LEAD

  • Develop strong program and stakeholder management skills in a global context
  • Learn how to structure complexity into scalable delivery frameworks
  • Grow toward a senior leadership role by owning increasingly complex workstreams
  • Build confidence operating in high-expectation client environments

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • 3–4+ years of experience in digital marketing or retail media
  • Hands-on experience with retail or e-commerce media platforms
  • Strong analytical and execution skills
  • Comfortable working with large budgets and performance targets
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in complex global environments
