How you will contribute

In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping our Retail Media strategy across top FMCG retail partners. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution – Own the end-to-end annual planning and activation of Retail Media Networks across our priority retail customers

  • Customer Partnerships – Represent Mondelēz in customer workshops, championing the digital agenda and pioneering RMN launches with new retail partners

  • Capability Building – Develop and embed digital capabilities within teams managing omnichannel customers

  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate across Sales, Trade Marketing, Media, Marketing, and RGM to advance the digital agenda organization-wide

  • External Ecosystem Development – Shape and grow the digital agenda in partnership with external agencies and technology partners

What You Will Bring

We're looking for a driven professional eager to accelerate their career, with the following experience and expertise:

Media & Digital Expertise

  • Comprehensive media capabilities, including mastery of Digital Media, Retail Media, and App-based solutions

  • Proven experience designing and executing Retail Media campaigns within a full-funnel strategy

  • Strong understanding of Retail Media formats (offline, online, in-app / printed, digitalized) and performance measurement KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI, iROI)

Commercial Acumen

  • 2–3 years' experience in Key Account Sales or eCommerce, with a solid grasp of retailer P&L, Trade & Investment conditions, and advertising spend dynamics

Marketing & Agency Background

  • 1–2 years' experience in media, marketing, or agency environments

Core Competencies

  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans

  • Strong stakeholder management across multiple seniority levels
