BangkokLead the end-to-end strategy, content design, and optimization of the in-store digital media experience across 400+ AIS retail stores. This role is responsible for ensuring highly impactful, engaging, and conversion-driven screen content that seamlessly integrates with our merchandising strategies, enhances the customer journey, and accelerates sales performance.
1. Media Experience Strategy & Journey Design
- Define the overall in-store digital media strategy, ensuring perfect alignment with commercial goals, product inventory, and marketing objectives.
- Map and design the customer journey across all in-store digital screen touchpoints (from store entry and browsing to final conversion).
- Translate complex campaign objectives into engaging motion graphics and compelling visual storytelling concepts.
- Develop tailored creative motion concepts optimized for diverse AIS Shop formats, ranging from standard screens to large-scale and specialized displays.
2. Creative Direction & Content Development
- Lead the conceptual development of in-store media assets, including motion graphics, storyboarding, visual narratives, and multi-format screen adaptations.
- Maintain strict brand governance, ensuring all digital content strictly adheres to AIS brand identity, messaging guidelines, and visual standards.
- Stay at the forefront of digital signage technology, retail media innovations, and motion design trends to continuously elevate the in-store experience.
3. Retail Media Planning & Merchandising Integration
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product teams & Merchandising to translate campaigns into store-level media execution plans.
- Align content sequencing & scheduling strategy with New Product launches, Promotions or Key retail events.
4. Performance Optimization
- Define, monitor, and report on retail media effectiveness KPIs (e.g., audience engagement proxies, dwell time, and direct sales uplift contribution).
- Continuously analyze and optimize the content mix, playback frequency, and screen utilization based on performance data and store traffic insights.
- Review, quality-assure, and approve all final creative outputs and digital assets before deployment.
- Manage and evaluate the performance of external creative agencies and production vendors (if any) to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Digital Media, Visual Communication, Creative Multimedia, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Digital Signage Content Management, Motion Design, Retail Media, or Creative Direction (Experience within retail environments or consumer electronics is highly advantageous).
- Strong proficiency in visual storytelling, storyboarding, and evaluating motion graphics concepts.
- Solid understanding of Digital Signage Software/Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to effectively communicate with and review work from creative teams/vendors.
- Ability to bridge the gap between creative visual design and commercial/supply chain KPIs (understanding how media drives inventory turnover).
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (SCM, Marketing, Sales) and manage external vendors.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
