Job Description

  • Coordinate with Tyre Manufactures and AMI support to enroll the OEM Dealers into AMI Tyre Program. Create awareness to the Dealer Principles on the benefits of OEM Tyre Program in returns of Retentions and Profit margins.
  • Accountable and held responsible for achieving the Retail Tyre Target of their respective region.
  • Train the Part Manager, Part Sub ordinate on the AMI portal Screens, ordering process, invoicing process, payment process and dispute process, educate them how to take GRN into DMS with correct Tyre part no, on maintaining the optimum inventory level.
  • Should train the SA, Technicians on the VRC process, how to measure the Tyre wear and tear using appropriate measurement tools.
  • Educate the SA and Front office executives on the Tyre products, basic and technical knowhow(what will happen if worn not/about to worn out consequences on vehicle safety and braking efficiency) and using them to convince the customer for tyre replacement.
  • Periodic Training Webex/onsite if required to SA and Dealer Team who are facing customers on how to track the opportunities, convincing /upselling skills, follow up process.
  • Train the Service Heads/Part heads on how to track the Tyre retail performance using FCSD Dashboard on weekly basis, identify and sort out wrong part issues.
  • Motivate the SA, Service Head and DCRC by making awareness of the available incentive programs from OEM and Tyre Manufacture which helps to improve the tyre retails to next level.
  • Local & Competitor pricing analysis every quarter. Mystery shopping at high impact price sensitive locations and report out -Monthly.
  • Train and facilitate dealer on using right part no’s and eliminate manual loading of part numbers.
  • Cascade the wholesale program winners and ensure the dealers are getting the incentives on time by coordinating with TM
  • Discuss with Tyre manufacturers on local pricing and its challenges to get best pricing for OEM. If the Tyre Manufacturers do not respond, the RMM will notify the OEM business owner who will then support by communicating directly with the TM
  • Review of retailing tactics such as shop appearance, signage, inspection procedures and competitive pricing analysis
  • RMM should review and monitor the tyre stock level dealers are maintaining and highlight to OEM RSMs if any dealer is not maintaining optimum stock
  • Submit the proof of documents for travel claims reimbursement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in regional language is mandatory.
  • Prior work experience in the tyre industry is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively engage with customers, dealers, and stakeholders across the region.
