Our client is an internationally recognised fashion brand that retails high quality fashion & accessories. To cope with business expansion management is looking for an energetic Retail Manager to direct the daily retail sales & operation functions of Hong Kong and Macau.

About the Role

Reporting to the Retail Director, this additional new headcount will manage the daily sales & operations of 10+ offline stores across Hong Kong & Macau; as well as to work closely with it's online sales counterpart - the in-house eCom team.

The Retail Manager is expected to further strengthen the brand sales performance through analysing sales data and actively working with frontline sales team. You will be focus in leading the frontline sales team by example and ensuring they are delivering excellent service standards and promoting the brand both online & offline.

Requirements

• Degree holder with a proven track record of success with any multinational retail label (Management Trainee background will be preferred)
• Minimal of 6 years of retail working experience with atleast 2 years at a managerial level
• Experience in multi-store management and ability to lead a large team is a must
• Strong commercial sense and able to represent the company's objective as a leader
• Active, communicative, and energetic character; ability to communicate and collaborate with frontline sales team is a must
• Contemporary mindset with strong understanding of omni-channel retail strategies
• Resourceful with proven problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese (any other spoken language will be an advantage)
