Job Description

1) Retail Key Account management
• Build and maintain senior relationships with department store buyers and key retail partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms, space, relocations, and store portfolio decisions (openings, renewals, closures).
• Discuss business performance and jointly plan commercial actions to support sales growth and brand value.

2) Store management
• Lead and manage store teams by setting goals, coaching performance, conducting evaluations, and developing capabilities.
• Execute store openings, renewals, relocations, and closures including store build-out, fixtures, assortment setup, vendor coordination, and opening activation.
• Conduct regular shop visits to collect market insights and ensure compliance with VM guidelines, communication standards, service quality, and operational requirements.
• Manage manpower planning and work schedules including overtime, leave, and attendance in coordination with department store teams.
• Support store teams in driving customer engagement and managing key customers through consistent service standards.
• Support special event preparation and in-store execution including layout, sales forecast, and promotional activities.

3) HQ / Cross-functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Customer Service teams for Go-To-Market execution for new products, seasonal launches, and campaigns.
• Partner with HR on hiring, interviews, onboarding, and training needs for store employees.
• Work closely with the Accounting team for account creation, contract handling, payment/reconciliation processes, and internal compliance.

4) Planning / Strategy / Reporting
• Develop and manage sales forecasts and annual budgets for domestic retail channels.
• Manage KPI performance across stores, analyze results, and drive necessary action plans.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting by consolidating store performance, operational updates, and field insights.
• Support market strategy development through insights from consumer trends, store performance, and distribution analysis.
• Manage CAPEX planning and utilization for openings, renovations, relocations, and fixtures, ensuring alignment with approval and budget requirements.
