Key Responsibilities:

Uphold The Image of The Brand

  • Install an uncompromising culture among Fashion boutique teams towards upholding the image of the brand through Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Maintenance and Staff Grooming based on the global standards

  • Collaborate proactively and closely with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that show windows and in-boutique displays consistently reflect Chanel image and strategy

  • Monitor if the Boutique Leadership and teams always place a priority and an urgency on ensuring that the boutique environment is in an optimum condition, including the professional image of retail team members

  • Uplift Chanel Boutique operational excellence to ultimate level and proactively manage and follow up boutique risks.

Driving Sales Excellence Through Data & Insight

[Market & Business Insight Generation]

  • Conduct market visits and analyses to fully understand and assess boutique and market dynamics.

  • Perform in-depth competitor sales trend analysis to identify market opportunities and threats.

  • Provide actionable insights based on boutique feedback and sales data analysis.

  • Prepare business presentations to support management decision-making.

  • Compile collection feedback from boutiques to inform product and business strategies.

[Sales Performance Tracking & Optimization]

  • Provide detailed RTW sales analysis reports on a bi-weekly basis to enhance sales staff performance, recognition, and motivation.

  • Analyze individual sales KPIs to maximize both performance and motivation, while providing recognition to top performers.

  • Monitor sales performance reports across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.

  • Take full ownership of boutique and individual sales KPI reports.

  • Conduct sales data analysis on collection launches and markdown occasions.

  • Update the working file format for setting optimal monthly targets by boutique.

  • Calculate monthly boutique and individual target and booster achievement results, as well as incentive payouts.

Building & Empowering High-Performing Boutique Teams

[Talent Engagement & Development Support]

  • Lead and coordinate various meetings related to boutique operations and performance.

  • Provide administrative support for talent management initiatives, including employee recognition programs.

[Organizational Planning & Workforce Optimization]

  • Provide data analysis and support for establishing optimal staffing plans for boutiques, taking into account vacations and leaves of absence.

  • Compile CHANEL Voices targets and action plans for each boutique.

  • Regularly update boutique organization structures and headcount status, including monthly headcount, turnover, and productivity metrics.

  • Conduct monthly monitoring of the optimal selling index by boutique.

  • Provide administrative support for HR processes.

Elevating Boutique Experience & Operational Excellence

[Boutique Project Coordination & Execution]

  • Support boutique projects — including renovations, openings/closings, seasonal initiatives, and pop-ups — in collaboration with Retail Operations and SP teams.

[Retail Operations & In-Boutique Experience Management]

  • Collaborate with Boutique VM and SP teams to maintain the highest standard of Fashion business atmosphere within boutiques.

  • Support boutique operational work in collaboration with the Retail Operations team.

  • Support in-boutique event operations in collaboration with Retail Operations, CX, VIC, and Event teams.

  • Manage Retail Support Office contracts and maintenance.

  • Provide general administrative support for the Retail Team.

Strategic Trade Partner Collaboration & Business Development

  • Seek new business opportunities in major distribution channels and marketplaces through close communication and collaboration with Trade Partners (e.g., Fast Track, Department VIP New Recruit).

  • Coordinate retrofit and renovation projects with Trade Partners.

  • Manage official documents — including contracts and supplement agreements — with accuracy and compliance.

  • Handle department event communications (e.g., P-Day).

  • Manage in-boutique event communications (e.g., Collection Celebration, Animation).

  • Oversee boutique environment and maintenance communications (e.g., external window display setup).

Fostering Close Partnerships

  • Establish close partnerships with relevant Corporate Divisions (PR, MDC, P&O, Legal, Finance, TDS, Logistics, DRC, CCC) as well as within the Fashion and Watch and Fine Jewelry Division (Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Orchestration/Event, CX, Top Client, L&D, Style Expertise) in order to best execute and achieve business objectives.

Academic / Professional Qualifications

  • University graduate

  • Good computer skills (Generative AI, Power Point, Excel, Word)

  • Fluent English proficiency

Work Experience

  • At least 5~6 years of relevant experience, preferably with luxury retail background
