The Team
The Retail team supports the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein store network by ensuring operational excellence across all retail locations. Based at headquarters, the team partners closely with stores and internal departments to deliver a seamless brand experience and maintain high standards throughout the network.
The Position
This is a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave, starting in August
Based at headquarters, you will support the France retail perimeter, covering 33 Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein stores The role includes a wide range of technical, administrative, and safety-related responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the store network and the highest operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
General Services & Technical Maintenance — 40%
You will coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across the store network, ensuring that all technical equipment and facilities are properly maintained and functioning efficiently.
Administrative & Budget Management — 40%
You will also be responsible for the administrative follow-up of maintenance activities, ensuring proper budget monitoring, supplier management, and process efficiency.
Safety, Security & Regulatory Compliance — 20%
You will contribute to ensuring that all stores operate safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
