Who you are:
As a Retail Loan Documentation Specialist, you are our loan experience champion. You’ll be responsible for producing and reviewing all retail loan documents in an accurate and timely manner. You’ll use your analytical skills, inquisitive mind, and detail-orientated approach to ensure documentation is complete and accurate. You welcome a challenge and strive to continuously improve processes with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you’ll do:
Re-review system for completeness, and collateral information prior to producing loan documents
Responsible for producing all retail and real estate-related loan documents in an accurate and timely manner
Sends closing instructions to relevant parties
Review Central Credit Approval's work to include, premiums, property tax, and legal descriptions
Return any documents with errors back to the Central Credit Approval area for corrections
Verify documents and all work with the ARGO system
When necessary, contacts the loan officer or other relevant party to request any missing information or problems concerning the preparation of the loan documents
Provide correct payoff figures when necessary to payoff a Frost installment or commercial loan
What you’ll need:
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate with all levels of employees
