Retail Lease Paralegal
A multi-faceted real estate development company with a portfolio of award-winning residential and commercial properties located in Southwest Florida, is seeking a Full Time Retail Lease Paralegal for their corporate office.
The client’s portfolio includes a shopping mall, design center and a small destination restaurant and shopping center.
The ideal candidate will have experience working for either retail tenant(s) or landlord(s). The primary responsibilities of this position include drafting leases, amendments and related documents.
