We are looking for a Retail Learning Specialist - Maternity Cover to be hired for a maternity leave substitution based in Milan.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Retail-oriented learning content across digital and physical formats, using various media such as text, video, and imagery. Ensure all materials are inclusive, accessible, and tailored to engage a wide range of learner profiles, while reflecting the Brand’s tone of voice and values.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the Retail Learning Program Manager to ensure the quality, consistency, and strategic alignment of learning content. Actively contribute to the identification of learning needs and define areas of intervention that support the development of Retail capabilities and the achievement of business goals.
  • Support the Retail Learning Program Manager in the coordination of learning projects across regions, ensuring timely execution, effective communication with Regional Trainers, and alignment with implementation timelines. Monitor project progress and contribute to the resolution of operational challenges.
  • Work with external providers to co-develop and enhance tools and platforms that enable the creation, delivery, and tracking of learning programs. Ensure that external collaborations meet quality standards and support innovation in learning design.
  • Monitor Retail KPIs and sales performance to evaluate the impact of learning initiatives. Leverage data insights to continuously improve training effectiveness and propose targeted learning solutions that address performance gaps and business priorities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Retail Excellence / Learning roles and similar
  • Interest in the luxury fashion sector
  • Excellent knowledge of:
    • Microsoft Office (Excel and PPT)
    • Spoken and written English (additional languages would be a plus)
  • Ability to work in a team, to show flexibility, empathy and collaborative execution
