The Opportunity


We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Learning Manager, Australia and New Zealand to join our team.

This role is responsible for leading the Retail Learning function across Australia & New Zealand, driving the market learning strategy and coaching culture to deliver an elevated and consistent client experience across the store network.

Leading a team of Retail Learning Coaches, this role partners closely with store, market, and regional leadership to identify capability gaps, drive performance development, and ensure the successful implementation and sustainment of Retail Excellence initiatives. The Retail Learning Manager, ANZ champions Tiffany & Co.'s purpose, values, and competencies, while embedding behaviours that strengthen client relationships, selling excellence and commercial performance.

As the market lead for Retail Learning, this role provides strategic direction, coaching leadership, and development support to ensure learning priorities are aligned with both market objectives and the South Asia Pacific Retail Excellence strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-the-moment, performance-based coaching to Client Advisors and Team Managers on the sales floor
  • Drive performance against key metrics including sales, AUR, conversion, Mystery Shopping, Net Promoter Scores, and clienteling
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Retail Learning Coaches to implement training programs consistently across stores
  • Partner with Store Directors and Team Managers to develop 30-60-90 day coaching plans for identified performers
  • Ensure training programs translate into consistent, daily in-store behaviours through effective learning sustainment strategies
  • Identify and deliver targeted skill-building exercises and workshops tailored to store and individual needs
  • Drive adoption of the Tiffany Wonder eLearning platform and assess post-training application
  • Champion the onboarding of new Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with Tiffany & Co. client experience and selling expectations
  • Support and facilitate onboarding programs for designated stores on a quarterly basis

About You

  • 8–10+ years of retail experience within a luxury or elevated client-focused environment, including sales and people leadership roles
  • Proven track record in performance-based coaching, team leadership, and driving sales and client loyalty outcomes
  • Passion for luxury retail; jewellery or watch industry expertise is a plus
  • An inspiring and trusted leader who empowers and motivates teams to reach their potential
  • Strong ability to analyse retail KPIs and translate data into actionable, coachable behaviours
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement
  • Organised, results-driven, and experienced in leading change and tracking behavioural impact
