The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Learning Manager, Australia and New Zealand to join our team.
This role is responsible for leading the Retail Learning function across Australia & New Zealand, driving the market learning strategy and coaching culture to deliver an elevated and consistent client experience across the store network.
Leading a team of Retail Learning Coaches, this role partners closely with store, market, and regional leadership to identify capability gaps, drive performance development, and ensure the successful implementation and sustainment of Retail Excellence initiatives. The Retail Learning Manager, ANZ champions Tiffany & Co.'s purpose, values, and competencies, while embedding behaviours that strengthen client relationships, selling excellence and commercial performance.
As the market lead for Retail Learning, this role provides strategic direction, coaching leadership, and development support to ensure learning priorities are aligned with both market objectives and the South Asia Pacific Retail Excellence strategy.
