In line with the Fragrance and Beauty strategies and business priorities, the Retail Learning & Development Partner (RLDP) develops the Beauty Advisor of tomorrow with capabilities beyond products, to excel in client experience and retail excellence. This exciting opportunity will focus on the development of the skin category within our network, and the career development of skin therapists and Skin specialists in particular,
As a Retail Learning Development Partner, you are empowered to bring passionate connection between the beauty advisor, clients and Chanel.
The RLDP elevates the Beauty Advisor learning journey by customizing learning solutions, coaching and monitoring progress, and consequently creating impact on client experience and business results. You will support development of the retail business by supporting the individual development of the Beauty Advisor to raise capability, improve performance and grow potential.
