Retail Banking plays a critical role in helping Kiwi be better off, supporting thousands of customers every day with the advice, products and services they need to achieve their financial goals. As a Leadership Coach, you'll influence the leaders who shape those experiences, building leadership capability at scale, challenging the status quo, and helping create better outcomes for our people, customers, and communities across Aotearoa.

Bring your leadership coaching expertise to a role where your influence will be felt across Customer Retail. Supporting the leaders who help thousands of Kiwi become better off every day, you'll challenge the status quo, strengthen leadership capability at scale, and help shape the future of leadership at Kiwibank.

Working closely with leaders of leaders, you'll play a key role in embedding Kiwibank's leadership, customer, and service capability programmes across Customer Retail. Through coaching, feedback, planning support, and performance insights, you'll influence leadership effectiveness at scale, champion accountability, and drive meaningful performance outcomes that benefit our people, customers, and communities across Aotearoa.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience coaching and influencing senior leaders
• Demonstrated success embedding leader led performance and coaching practices at scale
• Experience delivering coaching solutions that build leadership capability
• Strong stakeholder influence, credibility and systems thinking
• Experience in large, complex or regulated environments
• Confidence communicating with frontline teams through to senior leadership teams
• Proficiency using performance insights and dashboards to guide decision making and prioritisation
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
