Partnering with senior leaders, you'll help create an environment where leaders are empowered to coach effectively, build high performing teams, and deliver consistently great outcomes for customers.

As a Retail Leadership Coach, you'll work alongside Customer Retail leaders to embed Performance+ and Service & Customer+ as a leader led ecosystem. Rather than coaching teams directly, you'll focus on developing leaders' coaching capability, helping them confidently lead coaching conversations, build strong coaching habits, and create lasting change within their teams.

You'll coach and influence leaders at all levels, including senior leadership, helping them strengthen their leadership effectiveness and ownership of performance outcomes. Through observation, feedback, planning and coaching, you'll play a key role in building consistency across Customer Retail and ensuring leaders have the tools, confidence and capability to succeed

Your mahi will include:

• Coaching and supporting leaders to embed Performance+ practices
• Strengthening leadership capability through observation, feedback and coaching
• Partnering with senior leaders to improve leadership effectiveness and performance outcomes
• Building trusted relationships that reinforce accountability for coaching and performance
• Using performance insights and data to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact
• Delivery of training to upskill leaders in Leadership+ habits and rituals
• Supporting consistent leadership practices, planning rhythms and continuous improvement initiatives across Customer Retail.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about leadership development and understands what it takes to build capability at scale. You'll be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, challenging thinking constructively, and helping leaders achieve meaningful and sustainable performance outcomes.

You will also bring experience in:

• Coaching and influencing senior leaders from within large and complex organisations
• Proven success embedding leader led performance and coaching practices within complex organisations
• Deep expertise in leadership coaching, capability development and behavioural change
• Experience using insights, data and performance measures to drive improvement.
