The Summer Retail Key Holder provides an outstanding guest service experience, ensuring a positive experience for all staff, guests, and customers at one of the three designated retail locations at the Resort.

 Job Functions

• Guest Experience
• Receiving/Restocking
• Cash and Till Handling
• Skills in upselling and sales strategies
• Safety on site including bear spray rentals

Experience/Requirements

• Retail sales experience, or related experience, is required.
• Positive, outgoing, and friendly attitude.
• This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to self motivate.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Prepared to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, evenings, additional time during busy periods).
• Must communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
• Must be neat, alert, punctual, and dependable
• Must maintain professional conduct when in uniform and when acting as a company representative.
