About the Position
As the Retail Key Accounts Manager for the Visayas and Mindanao regions, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth, fostering relationships with key accounts, and ensuring the seamless representation of our colour cosmetics brand. Your role involves strategic planning, collaborative efforts with internal teams, and a commitment to achieving sales targets while upholding our brand standards. The ideal candidate would be someone highly entrepreneurial, with proven experience in managing regional key accounts, who is ready to roll up his/her sleeves and shape the growth plan for the VisMin region.
Responsibilities:
Key Account Management
Develop and nurture strong relationships with regional key accounts in the Visayas and Mindanao regions, ensuring alignment with our colour cosmetics brand values
Collaborate closely with key account partners to understand their business needs and strategically position our product offerings
Sales Growth and Strategic Planning
Set and achieve sales targets for the region, working in tandem with the Retail and Marketing teams
Analyze sales data and beauty industry trends to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies for optimized performance
Develop and execute strategic plans tailored to the beauty industry, aiming to increase market share and elevate brand visibility in the Visayas and Mindanao regions
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships to drive sales growth
Retail Operations and Inventory Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail locations within the assigned region, ensuring consistent implementation of our colour cosmetics brand guidelines and standards
Collaborate closely with supply chain and logistics teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal product availability while managing a healthy level of stock in trade
Collaborate with Operations team to ensure accurate sales forecasts, service levels, and proper Accounts Receivables and Payables management
Reporting and Analysis
Generate regular reports on sales performance, beauty industry trends, and key account metrics
Provide valuable insights and recommendations to optimize retail strategies and enhance overall performance
