Specsavers has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retailer who understands what it takes to lead and motivate a team. We are looking for a dynamic Retail Leader to join our friendly team of 11 at Specsavers Ormiston as a Joint Venture Partner.

Located about 25km from Auckland’s CBD, Ormiston is a modern, fast‑growing suburb that offers an ideal balance of contemporary suburban living and everyday convenience. Known for its family‑friendly atmosphere, the area is popular with both families and professionals, and benefits from strong connectivity with easy access to Manukau, Botany Town Centre, and Auckland Airport. With highly regarded schools, local parks, and quick access to Barry Curtis Park, Ormiston delivers a well‑rounded lifestyle, appealing to those seeking both space and convenience.

Specsavers Ormiston is a modern store that opened in August 2023 and sits in a prime location within Ormiston Town Centre. The centre features around 100 stores and is anchored by major retailers including The Warehouse, Hoyts cinema and New World supermarket. The store itself is 187sqm in size with 3 Optical test rooms, a dedicated Audiology room, 7 dispense desks, 1000+ frames on display, and state of the art equipment including OCT.

This store demographic would offer the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to experience a variety of pathology and make a positive impact in their local community.
