About the Role

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented RETAIL INVENTORY SPECIALIST. This fast-paced position combines customer service, fulfillment, merchandising, and inventory support to help create a well-organized and engaging shopping environment. You'll work collaboratively with a dynamic team, contribute to operational excellence, and help ensure customers receive the products and service they expect.

The pay range is $18-$20.00

What You’ll Do

• Execute web order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely completion and a high level of customer satisfaction
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including pick-pack orders, backhauls, and return-to-vendor merchandise
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area through cycle counts, replenishment, and merchandising support
• Support store operations by promoting loss prevention awareness and assisting with physical inventory preparation and execution
• Assist with floor set changes, displays, and merchandising resets
• Provide customer support, including carry-in and carry-out assistance as needed
• Ensure that customer service standards are met and that difficult customer situations are handled courteously and professionally
• Participate in store opening and closing procedures
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong customer service mindset with a genuine interest in creating positive customer experiences
• Effective communication skills and the ability to assist multiple customers in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Requires standing and walking throughout the store for the duration of each shift
• Requires frequent manual lifting and carrying of objects weighing 11–100 lbs to load, unload, and shelf products
• Requires the frequent use of manual tools, including pallet jacks, dollies, and flatbed carts, as well as the ability to navigate uneven ground and climb ladders
