Retail Inventory Management Dealer Advisor (Bilingual English/Spanish)

As a Retail Inventory Management Dealer Advisor, you will serve as a trusted business partner to Stellantis dealerships across North America, helping to optimize inventory performance, improve parts availability, and maximize the effectiveness of Mopar's Automatic Replenishment Order (ARO) program.

In this role, you'll combine analytical thinking, customer support, and supply chain expertise to help dealerships improve efficiency, optimize inventory, and deliver a better experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary advisor and point of contact for dealerships participating in the Mopar Automatic Replenishment Order (ARO) program.
  • Partner with dealerships to optimize inventory performance, improve parts availability, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Analyze inventory trends, stocking levels, demand patterns, and replenishment activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Guide dealerships through Best Stocking Level (BSL) approvals and help them understand automated ordering recommendations.
  • Provide consultative support to improve Off Shelf Fill (OSF) performance and overall inventory health.
  • Troubleshoot inventory and replenishment issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing education to new and existing ARO dealerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Pricing, Finance, and Information Technology to resolve complex issues and improve program effectiveness.
  • Monitor dealer performance and proactively identify opportunities to enhance participation and program success.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, operations, business analytics, data analytics, customer success, account management, dealership operations, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and provide consultative support to customers or business partners.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting dealership operations, automotive parts departments, inventory management, or logistics.
  • Experience working with DealerCONNECT or other dealership management systems.
  • Experience delivering customer training, business consulting, account management, or operational support.
