About the Role:Join Furniture Mart as a Retail Furniture Sales Consultant and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming homes with beautiful furniture solutions. We are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping our clients find the perfect pieces for their spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to assess their furniture needs and preferences.
• Provide expert product knowledge and guidance on furniture selection.
• Maintain an inviting and organized showroom environment.
• Process sales transactions and follow up on customer orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home goods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for home design.
• Basic computer skills for processing sales and inventory management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move furniture as needed.

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
