Step into the heart of our retail finance team!
  • As a key player in Retail Finance Operations, you'll ensure mid-office reconciliations are seamless, outstanding transactions are up-to-date, and ledgers are spotless.
  • Your expertise will shine through maintaining precise and current reconciliations, ensuring all funds are perfectly accounted for.
  • The success of this role will be seen through maintaining accurate and current reconciliations.
  • This role regularly interacts with our front-end consultants and delivers timely responses to queries.

  • You'll have proven experience in a finance operations position with a focus on reconciliations
  • You'll have a customer focus and pride yourself on providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers
  • You'll be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills within a dynamic team environment

Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) is one of the world’s largest travel companies, employing 15,000 like-minded individuals – known as ‘Flighties’.

Our story dates to 1973, when founder Graham Turner (aka “Skroo") and friend Geoff “Spy” Lomas buy a double-decker bus and take off on their first tour around Spain, Portugal and Morrocco, 3 years later forming the first business, Top Deck.
