  • Informed product assortments as you gain exposure to vendor correspondence, product research, order follow-up, and buying activities that connect product strategy with guest preferences and retail performance
  • Accurate, organized inventory as you support receiving, product organization, inventory tracking, and product management while developing an understanding of how operational precision supports both the guest experience and business performance
  • Memorable retail events and brand experiences as you contribute to trunk shows, fashion shows, brand activations, and other special events designed to engage guests and showcase retail offerings
  • Broader luxury retail perspective through exposure to resort amenities, high-end jewelry, specialty retail initiatives, and projects that contribute to the continued development of the retail experience
  • Meaningful contributions to the retail operation through administrative support, departmental projects, and specialty initiatives that strengthen consistency, efficiency, and service
  • A tangible demonstration of your learning through an experiential project aligned with your academic or professional development objectives

What You Can Expect

  • An immersive luxury hospitality environment where polished presentation, product knowledge, attention to detail, and personalized service shape the everyday retail experience
  • Exposure to the full retail lifecycle, allowing you to see how guest engagement, merchandising, buying, inventory, events, and business operations work together
  • Opportunities to learn alongside experienced Retail Team members and gain perspective on specialized career paths within luxury retail and hospitality
  • Hands-on experience balancing creative projects with operational responsibilities, giving you a broader understanding of the business behind a compelling retail experience

  • Regular use of computer programs and communication tools to research products, manage information, communicate by telephone, and support daily retail operations
  • A schedule that may include varied shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on resort operations
  • An experiential learning component that connects your academic requirements to real-world retail challenges and professional development

What You Bring

  • Strong organizational instincts and the ability to manage competing priorities, details, and deadlines in a fast-paced resort environment
  • Initiative, personal drive, and a willingness to ask questions, accept feedback, and contribute beyond the minimum expectations of an internship
  • Pride in your work and a commitment to representing luxury retail with professionalism, consistency, and genuine care for the guest experience
