Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Oracle Retail Developer with 10–12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Retail modules including RMS, SIM, RESA, RPM, and REIM. The ideal candidate will have strong development and support experience across both on-premise and cloud implementations. This is an individual contributor role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Design, develop, and support Oracle Retail applications including RMS, SIM, RESA, RPM, and REIM.

• Work on both on-prem and cloud-based Oracle Retail environments.

• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Oracle APEX.

• Write and maintain Unix/Shell scripts for batch processing and automation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and data issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams.

• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment activities.

• Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years of experience in Oracle Retail Suite (RMS, SIM, RESA, RPM, REIM).

• Strong hands-on experience in:

• - Oracle SQL & PL/SQL

• - Oracle Forms and Reports

• - Oracle APEX

• - Unix/Shell Scripting

• Experience with both on-premise and Oracle Retail Cloud implementations.

• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Retail integration frameworks.

• Familiarity with Oracle Retail batch jobs and data migration.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Oracle Retail Cloud certification is a plus.
