Job Description

Our client is an international High Street Fashion brand that offers premium fashion & accessories. To cope with business expansion, they are currently looking for a communicative Retail Executive to oversee and support Japan wholly owned operations from Hong Kong Headquarter.


About the job:

• Oversee the daily store operations and responsible for the overall store efficiency
• Support the after sales / customer care function
• Communicate and work with 20 frontline Japanese staffs spread across 13 stores
• Conduct Boutique Administration including reports and analysis
• Coordinate and communicate management initiatives to Japan retail team
• Inventory management
• Plan, roll out, and review new retail projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in retail industry
• Communicative, systematic, and task oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  
• N1 or N2 level Japanese is a must
• Positive attitudes able to work with sales team from operation aspect
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Retail Executive
• Immediately available will be an advantage
