The Retail Execution Lead is responsible for end-to-end execution of consumer and retail marketing programs across North America. The role ensures that strategies are translated into consistent, high-quality in-market execution across key retail partners and channels.
This role sits at the center of marketing, sales, and category teams, driving alignment, managing delivery, and ensuring execution happens on time, in full, and to standard
In addition to core execution responsibilities, the role supports Gaming (HyperX) retail execution and contributes to improving product discoverability across search and AI-driven platforms

The pay range for this role is$87,150to$125,000USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
